1. Excellent fire resistant qualities which exceed all international standards including:

(a) GB8624, CLASS A

(b) British standard 476: part7:1997, and part 4:1970 Class One surface spread of flame, and non-combustible class   

2. Water resistant:

When exposed to water, Dezhou Ling-Mei board does not expand. Water simply passes through the board and evaporates leaving the board unaffected. Dezhou Ling-Mei board can remain completely submerged for many days with no adverse effects unlike gyprock which will need replacing.
2. waterproof:
It can keep its shape and character after soaking in water for a few days.
3. Soundproof and heat preservation   When used as an alternative to gyprock, Dezhou Ling-Mei Board provides superior acoustic and insulation qualities
4. No asbestos   Fibre cement sheet contains fibres which may cause silicosis. Dezhou Ling-Mei Board is non toxic and substantially reduces the risk of lung damage.
5. Environmental protection:   Large amounts of Portland cement are used in fibre cement sheet and gyprock. Portland cement and the drying process used to in the manufacture of fibre cement sheet and gyprock produces massive amounts of CO2. Dezhou Ling-mei board uses zero Portland cement and has an extremely low embodied carbon content.
6. Easy to install: Ease of Installation
Dezhou Ling-Mei board is installed in a similar manner to fibre cement sheet and requires minimal extra training. It can be treated in the way of sawing, planning, drilling, nailing and cutting etc.

7. Mould and mildew free:  Dezhou Ling-Mei Board is an inert product. Unlike gyprock it cannot support the growth of mold and mildew.
